Wonderful effects and easy to use.

This app is fun and has a lot of high quality effects which are easy to use.
You can also add text to the photo.
The Settings tab is at the bottom of the effects home page. Opening the Settings tab brings up the Networks Settings options. I set the EDGE+3G option on high which resulted in a better quality of photo.
CON: Some of the effects with a calendar year do not use the present year of 2015.
Otherwise, I highly recommend this app!
